A corrupt but inept Asian detective finds his connections mean more than he thinks.
When detective Willy Wang hires a film crew to make a documentary about himself, he "coincidentally" gets a big case: capturing an escaped crook named Sammy Tong. But things come undone in this wry look at betrayal, ego, and community.

An original short film written and directed by Korean-American filmmaker Jeong Lee. Shot on DV on location in Seattle.

Production Notes.
Shot on location in Seattle, WA using a Sony VX-1000 miniDV camera. Sound was recorded direct to camera using an MK-80 shotgun mic on a boom. The closing segments at the donut shop were shot with a Hi-8 camera. Editing and audio post was done on an Avid system at Kingstreet Media, Seattle. Additional post-production at Subliminal Media Labs, Seattle.
